Open Positions
We are currently looking for talent across three major departments:
1. Full-Stack / Automation Developers (Engineering)
We are looking for builders who love clean code, seamless APIs, and robust systems.
- Key Tasks: Build and scale custom Discord bots, automate repetitive workflows, and design high-performance web applications.
- Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks like Astro, Next.js, or Vite. Experience with database optimization and REST APIs is a big plus.
2. UI/UX Designers (Creative)
We are looking for visual artists who can create beautiful, fluid, and premium user interfaces that wow users at first sight.
- Key Tasks: Design web layouts, brand assets, and interactive user interfaces with beautiful glassmorphism, harmonious color palettes, and micro-animations.
- Requirements: Expertise in Figma or similar tools, a strong portfolio showcasing modern web aesthetics, and an understanding of CSS/Tailwind transitions.
3. Community Managers & Moderators (Operations)
We are looking for empathetic and highly organized community leaders to manage our server environments, including DonutSMP and other community platforms.
- Key Tasks: Organize digital events, moderate community channels, design engaging activities, and serve as the main bridge between players and the development team.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills, active presence in digital gaming and creator communities, and proven experience in moderation or community leadership.
